Terms and Conditions :

In the instance that a participant arrives late, leaves early, incurs flight cancellations, travel delays or illness Radhika Das Retreat's team bears no financial liability. 

If you cancel your reservation:

- 61 days or more prior to the start of the retreat, you receive 100% of the money you have paid, not including the deposit paid.
- 31-60 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive: 50% of the money you have paid.
- 0-30 days prior to the start of the retreat, no refunds are given.

To cancel, you must send an email stating that you wish to do so to retreats@radhikadas.com

If you choose a twin room and cannot find someone to join, we will try our best to allocate a room mate of the same gender. If we do not receive a sign up which matches this criteria, you will be offered the opportunity to purchase your room as a single occupant (£1500). Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to a future retreat.
