ARE YOU AN ADULT LOOKING TO ENGAGE IN HELPING STUDENTS COMPLETE THE COLLEGE APPLICATION PROCESS?
WORKSHOP SUPPORT - Students and Volunteers participating in the service learning opportunity will help the College Clinic facilitator in the classroom by passing out workshop curriculum, preparing and cleaning up the classroom after the workshops, and assisting where needed.
VIRTUAL SUPPORT - Students and Volunteers can gain community service hours by sharing the College Clinic message on their social media platforms. Volunteer must have a smartphone, keep record of friends/followers reaction to your college-bound posts.
PARENT PERMISSION TO PARTICIPATE - Because some of our volunteers may be under 18 years old, parents must give permission for students to participate in the Student Ambassador Program. Student Ambassadors will attend an online orientation. At the conclusion of the service learning term, Student Ambassadors will receive a Certificate of Completion as a trained professional under the College Clinic programs.
