Thank you for your interest in our Community Connections (CC) classes, which are described at this link, with FAQs here.
In order to be added to the waiting pool or participate in CC, students must have completed the enrollment process with HCOS. Interest will be reviewed and retained only if HCOS enrollment is complete. If you are new to HCOS, we strongly encourage you to complete each step of the enrollment process as soon as possible. Once accepted, please submit this CC interest waiting pool form.

Placement in a Community Connections class is not guaranteed.
Based on overall interest, Learning Groups will consider plans for teachers, classrooms, and other logistics with the goal of accommodating as many students as possible.

Important: This form is for NEW students not already attending a CC location, or for current CC students who wish to apply for a different CC location. Current CC students are first provided the application link for next year’s CC to continue at that location. Depending on the availability of spaces, you will be contacted by the local Campus Lead, typically starting in April, with the application link or further information.
