All orders must be paid in full via invoice within 1 hour of receipt after the order form is submitted. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in order cancellation.
2. Order SubmissionAll orders must be placed within 3-5 business days prior to the desired delivery date. Orders placed outside this timeframe may not be accommodated. Every order must be accompanied by a fully completed order form, including all necessary details.
3. Delivery Policy
There is a minimum delivery fee for local orders within the Baton Rouge metropolitan area. Orders must be at least $150 before taxes to qualify for delivery. Orders outside the Baton Rouge area may incur additional delivery fees, determined at the time of order.
4. Floral Arrangement
Notes Any notes or messages to be included with the floral arrangement must be specified in the order form. We cannot guarantee the inclusion of notes provided after the order has been submitted.
5. Order Refusal
Fresh N Fancy LLC reserves the right to refuse any orders that do not comply with our policies and procedures. This may include orders that do not meet the minimum delivery fee, are incomplete, or are placed outside the required timeframe.
6. Refund Policy
Fresh N Fancy LLC has a strict no-refund policy. However, we reserve the right to issue refunds in cases of extenuating circumstances at our discretion.
