2023/2024 Young 5/Kindergarten Pre-Registration                                          
Please fill out the following form to pre-register your child for our Young 5 or Kindergarten programs for the 2023/2024 school year. To fully register for one of our programs, you must either attend our Round up date or contact our main office.

Young 5/Kindergarten Round up will take place on Wednesday March 15th, 2023 at Smith Elementary.

Once you complete this form, you will receive an email with further instructions.

Please be prepared to bring the following to Round up:
1. Child's Birth Certificate
2. Up to date Immunization records
3. Proof of Residency (Piece of mail etc.)
