Please check the appropriate box if your piano has any of these attributes. Pianos that have any of these attributes are usually not serviceable for various reasons.
If it is older than WWII, which would include any tall upright piano.
If it is a square grand (looks like a very large desk, with a piano keyboard on one side)
If it is a nickelodeon, coin operated piano, or if it has any type of paper fed player piano apparatus, working or not.
If the piano is an upright model, and came over from Europe, especially England.

Please give me a couple choices that might be a good day and time for your appointment. The tuning normally takes about an hour or so.
FEES: The fee for a Hampton Roads area service call is $125.00. Areas outside of Hampton Roads are on a case-by-case basis, and can be discussed. Payment in cash is due at the time of service. Checks and credit cards are not accepted.
Mr. Norton reserves the right to decline to service your piano if he feels that the piano is structurally unsound, very mechanically deficient, shows evidence of having been in a flood, or has a significant amount of rust on the tuning pins or strings. If he declines to service your piano, you will only owe $40 for the appointment and travel time.
