Timeline:
Submit this Outing form (at least 3 weeks beforehand is best)
We'll send out a reminder email to registrants and you (3 days before)
We'll send you a list of folks planning on attending (1-3 days before)
Reply to reminder email to let us know who actually showed up (afterwards)

Please send a photo for your Outing to Andrew at alinker@gafw.org
