I will follow the instructions of guides and trained members of the Eye of Bear team and participate in collective work activities.

I am aware of the risks associated with being in the wild, including possible encounters with wild animals.

I am aware of the unexpected and unpredictable situations that can occur in the wild.

I fully agree that Justice for Nature, z.s. and Prales det'om and its members are not responsible for injuries connected with non-observance of instructions while staying in the field.

I am aware of the possibility of unexpected events and injuries caused by wild animals and plants and will act to prevent such events and follow the instructions of the guides.

I am aware and accept that in case of arbitrary behavior and violation of the rules of the volunteer program, I bear full responsibility for my actions and cannot demand any financial or other compensation or criminal liability from the associations Justice for Nature, z.s. and Prales deťom.

I am aware and accept that in case of repeated violation of the rules of the volunteer program, I will be expelled without compensation and will have to leave the volunteer program.

I am aware and accept that the collection of protected plants and animals is unacceptable, and in case of violation of this rule, the person concerned will be reported to the nature protection authorities or the police.

I honestly declare that my participation in the volunteer program is not intended to harm the Justice for Nature, z.s. and Prales det'om associations.

I agree with the rule that in order to maintain the security of monitoring data, it will not be possible to carry a smartphone with GPS navigation to field events. The monitoring data is only internal information for the purposes of monitoring large carnivores. Only a leader and trained member of the Eye of Bear/Eye of the Earth monitoring team may have a mobile phone with GPS navigation in the field.

They agree to the condition that I will not make the monitoring locations visible on social networks, nor will I specify the locations of field activities.

I honestly declare that my health, physical and mental condition is suitable for a volunteer stay in Slovakia.

I am fully aware of the fact and accept that I am participating in the volunteer program and will fully participate in work and field activities without undue concessions.

I am fully aware and accept that the advance paid for the volunteer program is non-refundable in full (even for reasons of medical incapacity), but it can be used in one of the spare free dates of the following volunteer programs, according to the agreement with the association Justice for Nature, z.s. and Prales deťom.

I am fully aware that I am participating in a volunteer program with a vegan diet and I accept this rule.

I agree to the use of photographic and video footage of me for use in promoting the association Prales dětem and the association Prales deťom.

I fully agree to the terms of the volunteer program and take full responsibility for my behavior within the volunteer program in Slovakia and any related injuries, including injuries resulting in death.

Neither I nor my loved ones will hold the NGO Justice for Nature, z.s., association or its members responsible for such injuries, including injuries resulting in death.

I have read and understand the conditions of admission to the volunteer program in Slovakia and I honestly declare that I will fully comply with them in the interest of my personal safety and the protection of nature and animals.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Fees and cancellation fees of volunteer programs Justice for Nature, z.s.

The deposit for volunteer programs is 50 EUR and must be paid at least 2 months before the start. If you register for the program in a shorter period, we take this into account. DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE!

The full amount for the volunteer program must be paid one month before the start of the volunteer program.

In exceptional cases and upon agreement, the full amount can be paid upon arrival to the volunteer program on the first day of stay.

In case of cancellation of the volunteer program, the deadline can be moved up to 1 year from the date of receipt of the application.

If the person who canceled the volunteer program finds a replacement, then 100% of the fee can be returned.

The organizer is entitled to charge cancellation fees in the following cases of cancellation or change of the scope of ordered services according to a previously confirmed order:

If the volunteer paid 100% of the program price and decided to cancel the trip and is not interested in an alternative date, the following cancellation conditions apply:

21 – 14 days before arrival – cancellation fee 30% of the total price of the program
13 – 7 days before arrival – cancellation fee 50% of the total price of the program
6 – 1 day before arrival – cancellation fee 75% of the total price of the program

If the reservation is canceled 24 hours or less before the expected start of the program, the organizer charges a cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the price according to the confirmed order.
