Thank you for your interest in being a BRIE host family!
This questionnaire will allow us to gather some information about your family.
The first section gathers some basic information about your hosting experience. The next section gathers information about the host sibling which is helpful for matching you to a delegate. There are additional sections for each additional child living in the home.
The remaining sections are: parents and general family information, animals and home environment, and, finally, expectations and agreements. The last section has a comment box where you can leave any additional information you feel we should know.
For 2023, the program will run July 23 to August 18. There will be an arrival program on the evening of July 25 when you will pick up your delegate and you will drop them off August 17.
We anticipate about 10-20 delegates and 1-2 chaperons. Generally half are girls and half are boys. We generally have delegate information in the spring and chaperon information early summer which will provided once you have completed the necessary steps.

A few things to note:
Our delegates can range between 11 and 17 years of age. We ask that the delegate and host siblings be within two years of each other and of the same gender.
Anyone can host a chaperon, even if you do not have a host sibling.
Neither the delegates nor host families are required to be vaccinated (i.e. Covid), but it is recommended. Both parties can take precautionary measures if desired.
All delegates need to have their own bed, but not necessarily their own room.
