Have you vended at a Pop-Up Event at Ballantyne Village in either 2022 or 2023? *
Are you a Mobile Vendor? If so please provide insight on necessary information such as the dimensions, generator usage if any, and clearance needed. If you are not a mobile vendor, type N/A.  *

If your application is approved you will receive an acceptance email from the coordinator including a payment link. The Vendor Fee will be due within 72 hours. If your payment isn't received within 72 hours, you will automatically be moved to the waitlist.

NO REFUNDS. In the event of inclement weather, we will make the decision the week of the event. If the market is rescheduled, your fee will be applied to the new date.  If you are not available on the new date, we will try to fit you into another market during the 2024 season. However this is not guaranteed.
