This is the Vendor Application for Spring/Summer (April - July) Pop-Up Markets at Ballantyne Village. The Vendor Application for the Fall (September - November) Pop-Up Markets will go live in July. We are excited and are looking forward to another wonderful Pop-Up Season at Ballantyne Village!

Have you vended at a Pop-Up Event at Ballantyne Village in either 2023 or 2024?

Are you a Mobile Vendor? If so, please provide insight on necessary information such as the dimensions, generator usage if any, and clearance needed. If you are not a mobile vendor, type N/A.

If your application is approved, you will receive an acceptance email from the coordinator including a payment link. The Vendor Fee will be due within 72 hours. If your payment isn't received within 72 hours, you will automatically be moved to the waitlist. 
 *
I understand that an application or past participation is NOT an acceptance into any of our markets.
 *
NO REFUNDS. In the event of inclement weather, we will make the decision the week of the event. If the market is rescheduled, your fee will be applied to the new date.  If you are not available on the new date, we will try to fit you into another market during the 2025 season. However this is not guaranteed.
