Welcome to the Pyrmont Festival. We look forward to working with you to help promote your brand to people attending the event.

HOW TO REGISTER
Step 1: Fill out your details in the online form below.

Step 2: The Festival Events Team will review and confirm your stand via email.

STAND INVESTMENT COST
1 x stand = $750 per day (Total = $1,500 plus GST for 2 days)

This package includes:

- 2.4m x 2.4m stand structure for 2 days.
- 1 x social media post promoting your involvement at the Pyrmont Festival.

Orange360 Marketing Investment
$250 plus GST (these proceeds will go towards increasing Orange360's marketing efforts at the Pyrmont Festival)

TOKEN SPLIT
$4 (including GST) Tasting Tickets Split:

- 65% to Wine Standholders
- 35% to Pyrmont Ultimo Chamber of Commerce (Festival organiser)

WINE TOKEN SALES
The tokens are sold to customers in the following way:

- $25 (5 tokens + 1 Glass).
- Tokens are $4 each (for beer and wine).
- Wine: 1 x token = 1/2 pour of 75ml (considered a taster).
- Wine: 2 x tokens = 150ml standard pour (Orange glasses have measure marks).
- Beer: 2 tokens ($4 each) will buy a middy (285ml) of beer.

PAYMENT
You will be sent an invoice from accounts@pucc.com.au This invoice must be paid within 7 days to ensure your booking is confirmed or we will have to release your stand space to the waiting list.

Event Festival Program - 20-29 September 2019
As part of the Pyrmont Festival, we encourage all wineries to host a Wine Event (dinner, lunch or tasting) with a local business. This is a great way to engage with your current and potential customers in the lucrative Sydney market. Your event will form part of the Pyrmont Festival program which is promoted heavily across Sydney.

Additional Marketing Promotion Package
There is an opportunity to promote your brand more widely during the Pyrmont Festival. To boost your marketing efforts, we have designed a cost-effective promotional package. This is a great way to showcase the latest product launch or encourage people to sign up or visit your Cellar Door.

The package includes:

- 2 posts before the 2-Day Food & Wine Festival (28-29 September).
- 1 post after the event.
- Additional investment $500 plus GST.
