Commercial Vendors: $25.00 + 1 Item suitable for door prize with value of at least $20
Non Profit Groups: $10 suggested donation
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (all must be received by mail or electronically by May 25)
Proof of General Event Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum liability coverage, not required for non-profits)
Proof of Non Profit Status, if applicable
VENDOR AGREEMENT APPROVAL
Your Vendor Agreement is subject to approval and acceptance by Parkersburg Pride and to availability.
Parkersburg Pride, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject your Vendor Agreement for any reason, including without limitation, booths which would be inappropriate given the nature and location of the event, or which may be offensive to PrideFest patrons.
Should vendors display, distribute, or attempt to sell items deemed inappropriate by Parkersburg Pride at the event, they will be immediately asked to leave and will forfeit all fees.
GENERAL EVENT INSURANCE (not required for non-profit organizations)
General Event Insurance needs to be at least $1,000,000 coverage.
For PrideFest, the additional insured should be: Parkersburg Pride AND City of Parkersburg

All vendors agree to support the Mission Statement of Parkersburg Pride: “The mission of Parkersburg Pride is to nurture and sustain the LGBTQ+ community in the Greater Parkersburg area in a supportive, inclusive, and vibrant manner; to create a positive image of our community; and to ensure each LGBTQ+ person in our area is respected and valued as a member of the community.”
Vendors must agree to display only items that are “family friendly” and are not vulgar, offensive, obscene or inappropriate.
Vendors may not display or sell items which are illegal.
The following phrases may not be used on any item sold or distributed: "PrideFest", "Parkersburg Pride", "PKB Pride", "Pride 2019", "Pride Festival".
Vendors must set up between 9:00 - 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 8 and must occupy and keep their booth open until 5:00 PM
Vendors must supply their own equipment, including tent/shelter, tables, and chairs. Each space measures 10’ x 10’.
All business activity or other activity for which Vendor has rented space must be conducted in your designated area only.
No distribution of literature, flyers, items, or sales thereof may be transacted by strolling through the park.
Only one Vendor may use each rental space unless prior written approval has been obtained from Parkersburg Pride.

Vendors/exhibitors release Parkersburg Pride, its membership and officers, and the City of Parkersburg, its Parks and Recreation Department and its Agents from any and all liability for damages, loss, injury or consequence to persons or property. The vendor/exhibitor further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the above mentioned parties against any and all claims resulting from any and all connections with the use of the festival site, and adjacent grounds associated with the festival.
