Anyone can attend the DLD, but only delegates may vote at an Annual or Special Meeting. Please indicate which attendees will be participating as delegates (guidelines for delegate designation below).

We will be voting on the 2022/2023 Annual Budget and 2 Board of Director positions during the Annual Meeting.

Delegate Designation Guidelines
They shall attend the Meeting in-person and be identified and qualified as follows:
  1. Each senior/lead pastor of a member church in attendance shall be a Delegate.
  2. Each member church may designate Delegates in addition to its senior/lead pastor as follows:
      (a.) Churches with 99 or fewer members may appoint up to 3 Delegates.                  
      (b.) Churches with 100 to 299 members may appoint up to 5 Delegates.
      (c.) Churches with 300 to 499 members may appoint up to 7 Delegates.
      (d.) For each additional 200 members or fraction thereof members may appoint one additional Delegate.
      (e.) For purposes of this section the number of members of any church shall be as of the date of the notice of the Meeting.
   3. Each member of the Board of Directors as of the date of the Meeting shall be a Delegate.
   4. The District Superintendent shall be a Delegate.

Please indicate which electives each attendee is planning on participating in for each session. Choices can be changed, but initial response will help with planning for rooms, etc.
