Romshed Farm - Half and Quarter Pig Orders

A half pig has four main cuts - shoulder, belly, loin and leg. A half pig is £160 and weighs around 25-30kg, a quarter pig is £85, and whole pig is £300. For each of the four cuts you need to tell us your requirements by ticking the simple options below. You need to choose how you want it butchered and the size of the joint according to how many people you want to feed:

Couple (2-3 people) - 1-1.5kg, boned and rolled (b/r), (3-4 joints on each cut)
Small Family (4-6 people) - 1.5-2kg, boned and rolled (b/r), (2-3 joints on each cut)
Large Family - (6-8 people) either 2-2.5kg boned and rolled (b/r) or with the bone in (b/in) (2 joints on each cut)
For the Belly and Loin, all three sizes can have joints with the bone in.
Where there is an option for a whole joint this will feed 12-16 people.

If you want to mix and match, that is easy as you can tick a different option for each cut. Each option is easy to share with friends.

At the end you can specify if you want bacon and sausages added on to your order or substituted for a joint or two. The back bacon would replace some loin, the streaky some belly and the sausages some belly and/or shoulder. Due to the cost of production for both the cost to you is the same per kg whichever option you choose.

    Bacon, Sausages & Other Bits & Pieces

    Bacon and sausages are not included unless you ask for them. We can either subsitute some meat for them or we can add them extra onto your order at a cost of £12.50/kg for back, £10/kg for streaky bacon and £8/kg for sausages. If you do not want any please write "None" in the boxes
