EOTC - Low Risk Event

The document includes a generic Safety Action Plan (SAP) that we have created that should cover most Low Risk trips. However, please read through the SAP carefully. If there are additional risks associated with your trip add them to the document. When the document is complete please read the 2 questions at the bottom of the doc and action appropriately. Finally, "assign" the management approval section of the document to the appropriate SLT member so that they know your planning is ready for review and approval.
