Halloween Shakespeare & Sips
We're doing it again: Shakespeare and Sips! But this time for Halloween!
Consuming alcoholic beverages during this event is completely optional, and you should not feel obligated to do so. We do not support underage drinking, excessive drinking, binge drinking or any other unsafe drinking behavior. Always drink responsibly.
For this event, we will be reading a well known, spooktacular Shakespeare play on Zoom: Macbeth. One word in that play will be the drinking word, and every time it is said, we will all take a drink. The goal is to get through as much of the play as possible. Characters will be assigned randomly. If you would like a reading part, please indicate so below, and you will be assigned your role at the event itself. We will attempt to ensure everyone who would like a reading role receives one, but this may depend on the level of interest. Roles will be based on a lottery system.
The play is in the public domain, and you can find it on the Internet. We will share a link to the play at the event as well if anyone hasn't found it.
