Homeroom is a community of practice for queer entrepreneurs who are running small businesses (while staying true to their values and without selling their souls). The program uses intentional conversation and focused reflection to help you begin to see the ways in which your business — and how you run it — can be part of a movement toward equity, justice, and healing.

It is an online cohort-based program that meets eight times (six group sessions and two professional development workshops). This course will connect you with an intimate group of peers, introduce you to new skills, provide you with a dynamic hub of resources and welcome you to the larger Homeroom community network (made up of 50+ businesses and counting). We accept applications on a rolling basis and launch cohorts twice a year.

Homeroom supports you in doing work that is meaningful, embodied, present and critical to this moment. Over three months, you will cultivate a deeper self-awareness, forge genuine connections with interesting people, and develop skills necessary to handle entrepreneurship in a time of unprecedented change.

Which payment rate is right for you? *

The full 3-month Homeroom experience includes: six facilitated peer group meetings, two skill-building workshops, access to the Homeroom community network and shared resources hub, plus the option to be connected to an accountability partner for the duration of the program.

$450 (or $150/month) Level One: this rate covers the basic program expenses. Select this option if anything else is a stretch right now.

$600 (or $200/month) Level Two: this rate covers the full cost of the program, including supporting our team and guest contributions. Select this option if you are financially comfortable.

$750 (or $250/month) Level Three: this rate covers an investment in the Homeroom community and helps offset the cost for future participants needing financial assistance. Select this option if you are in a position where you can pay it forward.
