This is an enrollment form to be a vendor at the Community Tag Sale: Rummage, at Heart Rose Club on July 20th from 10-5pm. Following completion of this form, someone from Heart Rose Club will be in contact to confirm your enrollment.

$15 for outdoor table, bring your own.

$25 for indoor craft fair, artisans and vendors, please email what you want to sell.

Table rentals $10 (limited number, you move)

Please take out anything that you do not sell, clean up your area. Overflow parking 53 Green Street at the WSESU. The Heart Rose has two lots. One lot will be blocked off for the big tag/ rummage sale, crafters will be inside.
