Customer Team Position for Transparent Classroom
Transparent Classroom ( provides an online platform for Montessori teachers to lesson plan, record what’s going on in their classroom, share information and photos with parents, and see patterns in their children’s learning.

We started 7 years ago in a single classroom, but today we serve almost 600 schools and are consistently referred to as the standard for online record keeping and lesson planning.

We are looking for another trained Montessorian to join our customer team to help us meet the needs of ever more schools and help us stay close to our Montessori roots.

Are a small and nimble team of 5: 2 developers + 3 customer team people

Are a trained Montessorian with at least 1 year classroom experience.
Learn fast and are comfortable with technology.
Are passionate about making the world a better place through education, but no longer want to do that from the classroom.
Are eloquent in person, over the phone and in writing.
Are confident enough to put our guides at ease, and humble enough for them to like you.

Your role would include…
Giving 10-20 demos and trainings to new schools each week.
Answering support emails and phone calls.
Working between 30-40 hours / week.
A starting compensation of $25 / hour.
Being on site in Seattle at least 50% of the time (the rest can be remote).
Undergoing a rigorous training program with significant independent work for the first 2 months.
