Navigating New York City: Information Access Survey
Make your voice heard within NYC’s first-ever strategic plan for open data!

This year, New York City’s Open Data Team is embarking on an exciting process to develop the city’s first-ever strategic plan for open data, and we want to hear from you! Your input into this process is valuable if you live in New York City, and have questions about how your City works.

To ensure your voice and priorities are reflected in the upcoming Open Data Strategy, we are asking for approximately 10 minutes of your time to complete the following survey by the deadline of 11:59pm on August 6, 2019.

Please note that all information collected through this survey will be shared with and reviewed by staff from the Mayor’s Office of Data Analytics (MODA), and MODA’s facilitation partners Public Works Partners and Reboot (Authorized Users), to help inform the development of the NYC Open Data Strategy (Permitted Purpose).

Your participation is voluntary. By participating in this survey, you consent to share your survey responses and information with the Authorized Users for the Permitted Purpose. While no responses or information will be publicly attributed to you without your further written consent, your responses will be viewed, individually and in aggregate, by the Authorized Users. This survey is being hosted by Reboot’s Google Suite for Business account through Google Forms.
