Welcome!

We are excited to welcome all new and returning CDP members for the 2019-2020 school year!  This year we are welcoming the MDN dance program to our CDP family.  

Please fill out the following form to join the 2019-2020 CDP, and help us keep in touch with you.  Membership is free and open to anyone that is interested in helping with the Choir, Drama and Dance programs at MDN.  We recognize that it is through the time and talents of our CDP families and friends that we are able to support the arts at Marcos de Niza, and help our kids experience the best high school choir, drama, and dance departments in the valley.  As a member of the CDP,  you will get to know the other choir, drama, and dance families, and the program directors, you will receive notices about upcoming events and meetings, and be able to help the CDP support our kids this school year.
