WHERE: 560 Johnson st, Victoria bc V8W 3C6. Located in the outdoor market square. Must be MAKE. BAKE. GROW to be accepted.

WHEN: 4:30 - 7:30pm - June 7th, July 12th, Aug 16th & Aug 30th.

FEES: Based on 10 x10 ft space.

Vendors: $45 per Market

Set up may begin starting at 2:30pm. Market opens at 4:30. This is a juried event and the market organizer reserves the right to select vendors that are the best fit for the market’s venue and demographic, it is not first come first serve.

Procedures & Guidelines * 1) All fees are based on a 10x10 space. Vendors supply THEIR OWN tables, chairs and coverings. If using a canopy tent, pleases make sure they are weighted down properly, this is mandatory. 2) Site selection will be the responsibility of the Night Market Manager, but site selection priority will be given to those vendors that have purchased and paid for the full season, other factors considered but not limited to: vendor mix; returning vendors. 3) All products for sale need to meet all the applicable laws, regulations, and rules as specified by federal, provincial and local government agencies, local health authorities, and any organic certifying body the vendor belongs to. It is up to the vendor to know and comply with the provincial and federal sales tax requirements 4) The market will operate between the hours of 4:30pm - 7:30pm 5) Vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 4:15pm. There will be NO packing up early, if caught packing up BEFORE 7:30pm, vendors may be subject to a fine. 6) Fines are $25.00 per offense, they are to be paid before market opening the following month for any vendor that is in violation of the guidelines. Non-payment may result in termination from the Market. 7) PARKING- Please keep in mind that parking in the downtown core may be limited, please research Parkades within the area before attending the market. The Johnson st. Market will NOT provide parking. 8) Cancellation given within 14 days of any market market date will not receive a refund. Refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis and only retuned once a spot has been filled. *
By participating in the market, vendors agree to display their work at their own risk. Pacific Coast Market Collective will provide the location and while the Johnson St. Market does have Commercial General insurance, it will not accept responsibilities for the negligence of individual Vendors or their products. Every Vendor is asked to ensure that their homeowner, business, or other insurance covers them for participating in the market. Do you agree? *
