You agree to the following Facility Use Regulations:
1. Abide by the established policies and guidelines as set forth in this document and policy
document.
2. Reimburse Gospel Light Baptist Church for any damage to church property and claims of
liability.
3. Security deposit and 50% of estimated fee are due with the submission of this request.
Security deposit of $100 or 10% of the total cost (whichever is greater) to be held separately
and returned after the event, pending facilities inspection.
4. The balance is required seven (7) days before the event or it may be removed from the
calendar.
5. Those using Gospel Light Baptist Church facilities agree to release, protect, defend,
indemnify, and hold harmless Gospel Light Baptist Church and its elders, officers,
employees, members and other representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities,
losses, damages, actions, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable
attorney’s fees and other legal costs) directly or indirectly arising out of their use of any Gospel
Light Baptist Church facilities.
