Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Cooker Installation Fee
① The installation fee is KRW 55,000 per unit and is charged once at the time of contract (if installation is required).
② Installation fees are non-refundable, even after the rental term ends or is terminated.
③ The security deposit is KRW 120,000 per unit and will be refunded upon completion of the 36-month rental agreement. (The unit will be collected)
④ If the rental contract is terminated before the 36-month term ends, the security deposit will be forfeited. However, no separate penalty fee will be charged. The unit will be collected.

2. Monthly Fee and Contract Period
① The rental contract period for the cooker is 36 months.
② The basic monthly rental fee is KRW 15,000 per unit.
③ After each month of contract commencement, the rental fee must be transferred to the following bank account: (OO Bank: 512 027893 04 035, Account Holder: IDEA LAZO)

3. If the member withdraws or delays the payment for more than one month, the unit will be collected and the rental contract will be considered terminated.

4. Rental transfers between individual members are not allowed.★

5. Without a separate rental agreement form, agreeing to this Google Form and transferring the deposit will be regarded as entering into a valid rental agreement.

○ Fulfillment of service contracts, fee billing for provided services, and shipment of goods or invoices
