Buddies Ticket Exchange/Donation Form
In order to contribute to public health efforts, we have made the difficult decision to suspend all our public programming for the next several weeks. Effective March 16, our theatre will be closed to the public and all programming at 12 Alexander Street is suspended until May 1, 2020. This includes workshop programming, community rentals, late night events, two shows in our main stage season (Mine; and Discord and Din’s production of Revolt. She Said. Revolt Again) and the Montreal showing of Obaaberima.
We will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves and will update the community on our website and via email.
We are committed to communicating with all our patrons as quickly as possible and we ask for your patience during these extraordinary circumstances.
We realize that many of you were looking forward to enjoying upcoming shows, and we apologize for this inconvenience.

Exchange your tickets for an alternate season show (Musik fur das Ende or Mine when it is mounted later)
Donating the value of the ticket for a tax receipt

If requesting an exchange to Musik fur das Ende, please indicate a preferred date (May 7-9). Please provide two choices and we will book them as long as tickets are available.
Once you have submitted this form you will receive an auto-reply email confirming our receipt of it. If you don’t receive the receipt email, please check to make sure you have completed the form correctly. Also check your Spam filter to make sure our receipt email wasn’t caught in it.
Requests will be processed chronologically by performance date. There are several tickets to process. We appreciate and thank you for your patience while we sort through them.
We also ask you to help us keep our phone lines open during this very busy time. The phones should only be used for urgent matters.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
