Nia with Kirstie: Holistic FUNctional fitness: 11:30 am-12:30 pm . ($12)
Nia ("Nee-ah") Nia is barefoot workout for body, mind and soul. A cardio-dance fitness class that blends energizing, soul-stirring music with choreography that is easy to follow and designed to address the whole body. Moves are infused with the power and precision of the martial arts; expression and fun of the dance arts; and with mindfulness of healing arts. Nia is the original, non-impact approach to fitness that is easily adapted for each person. More than a workout, Nia’s holistic approach to health is designed to address the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Kundalini Yoga with Eryn: 4:00-5:00 pm ($12)
Known as the yoga of awareness, Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a dynamic system that combines breathwork, movement, mudra (hand gestures), mantra (sacred sound and chanting), relaxation and meditation. Every class will always include each of these components.
Ecstatic Dance Circle with Eryn: 5:30-7:00 pm ($12)
Ecstatic dance is an ancient ritual practice that has existed and evolved through many different cultures and traditions. It is a freestyle/free-form moving meditation experience guided by music. It is a spiritual practice for self-discovery, empowerment and celebration. The music set takes the form of a wave as it starts slowly, builds to peak and comes back down ending in stillness. There are three basic guidelines to Ecstatic Dance. We dance barefoot. Silent Space. No drugs or alcohol.
Guided Meditation with Amanda: 8:00-8:30 pm (Free!)
Ceremony: Reflection over the year, visioning for the New Year Including Meditation with Amanda: 8:30-9:30 pm ($12)
Celebration! 10 pm-1:00 am (Free / donations to the food bank will be accepted)
Come and join us for a night of fun and community! Games, music, potluck (bring a snack to share), tea, meditation and welcoming in the new year! You are welcome to bring your own drinks/alcohol. Please plan a safe ride home!
