Are you registered for the Conference already?
The cost of each 4-foot wide by 8-foot long table space in the Emporium or Horse Barn or a 10 x 10 tent space Outside the Emporium is $135. The cost to share ½ a full table with another vendor is $70.Vendor space is limited, so we advise reserving your table early. There are 35 tables in the Gym, 10 tables in the Horse Barn, and 13 Outdoor Spaces. They will be reserved on a first-come, first served basis for participants, beginning April 16, 2019.

Are you sharing a space?
You are welcome to share a table space although we request that just one person take responsibility for registering, paying for the table, and serving as our contact person. Please write the name of the other person and the name of their company, if any, and the items you plan to sell.

NOTE: We recommend that you choose either the Horse Barn or one of the 10 x 10 outside spaces if a single 4 x 8 table isn't sufficient for your needs , i.e. if you have specialized shelving or art displays or need hanging space for clothes. If you choose a 4 x 8 vendor space inside the Emporium and need more space, it will be assigned only if extra space is available, and you will be charged a pro-rated amount for space beyond 4 x 8, for your display pieces.
If you need space beyond a 4 x 8 table, please let us know your needs so we can reserve it if space is available.

We will be in touch the week of April 16th. If you are not selected as a Vendor and you had registered for the whole Conference with the intention of being a vendor, and therefore would like your Conference Registration fee refunded, we will refund you in full. We anticipate that the conference will sell out again this year, so if you want to ensure you can attend (and vend!) please consider registering as soon as possible.
