THANK YOU for your interest in supporting SMOS as a volunteer at our BIGGEST FUNDRAISER on May 10, 2025. This year's theme is the Highlander, in honor of the 125th Anniversary of St. Margaret of Scotland. We welcome members of the school and parish community to join in--- together we will create a very special celebration!

There are a variety of opportunities to volunteer leading up to the event, during the event, and after the event.

Please indicate the areas you might like to assist with below, and an Auction Committee will be in touch with more information.

*Those who volunteer as night-of event staff will receive a complimentary bidding number and pizza/soft drink dinner at the event

Auction Committee Assistant: contact businesses for auction items, help create baskets

Sales Assistant: recruit sponsors and advertisers

Student Art: create a memorable piece of art with your child's class for auction item

Set-Up/Clean Up Crew (Week of/Day of): pick up items, delivery, decorating, set up/clean up

Event Staff: check-in and check-out, greeter, raffle sales, auction fulfillment

Software: Learn how to use GiveSmart, our mobile bidding software, and help troubleshoot on Event Day
