Behavior & Code of Conduct: We expect all campers to be respectful, inclusive, and kind to their peers and our staff. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in dismissal from camp without a refund. No Refund Policy: Due to limited spots and camp planning, all registrations are final. We do not offer refunds unless the camp is canceled by the organizers. Attendance & Drop-Off/Pick-Up: Camp runs from 9am to 4pm each day. Early drop off at 8:30 is available. Parents/guardians must ensure their child arrives and is picked up on time. Only authorized individuals may pick up campers. What to Bring: Campers should bring a lunch and a water bottle. All other materials will be provided by Venture Camp. What NOT to Bring: Please leave valuables, electronics, and any unnecessary personal items at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.Safety & HealthMedical & Emergency Information: Parents must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or medications during registration. Our staff is trained in basic first aid, and emergency medical care will be sought if necessary. Supervision & Camper Safety: Our trained staff ensures a safe and supportive environment. We maintain an 8:1 counsellor to child ratio to provide individual attention and guidance. Sick Policy: If your child is sick or showing symptoms of illness, please keep them home to protect the health of all campers. If a camper becomes ill during the day, parents will be contacted for pickup. Emergency Contact: In case of an emergency, we will contact the primary guardian listed on the registration form.
