APEX Online Learning Application
The Fall APEX session will start on September 24th and end on November 29th.
APEX Application Instructions
The deadline for submission for this term’s APEX Online Learning Session is Friday September 14th.
Any application with a timestamp from Student Services after that date will be considered only if there is space available, and made on a first-come, first-serve basis regardless of priority group.


1. Complete the online application
2. Go to your Email and print the form that is sent to you.
4. Sign and date the form and have your parent/guardian sign and date as well.
5. Submit the signed form to the Vice Principals’ Office and hand the form directly to any vice principal or to Ms. Avilla , the principal's’ secretary.
6. Make sure that the form immediately receives a timestamp to ensure your place in line.

- On Monday, September 17th, you will receive notification if you have been placed in your selected class.
- There will be a Mandatory orientation meeting for all APEX students on - Thursday, September 20th at 8:00 AM (during late start) in the G1 computer lab

Never submit passwords through Google Forms.
