You are asked to bring 30 litres of a soup that best represents your business. 

We encourage you to decorate your table to showcase your restaurant with signage, or other promotional materials, etc.

If you know the type of soup that you will be bringing, please indicate below:

We will supply you with one 6 ft. table and 2 chairs, as well as a butane burner for your soup pot (to prevent tripping electrical breakers).  Soupfest will also provide table cloths, a table top sign, 3 oz. containers, ladles, spoons, napkins, guest chairs & tables, entertainment, volunteers, judges and awards.  You will receive your logo, and web link on our site for one year and in our event program.  You will be included in our media promotions and supplied with pre-event table top promo cards and posters to display at your place of business.
