Use the T.H.I.N.K. acronym to shift tiring thoughts to empowering thoughts. T.H.I.N.K. helps you notice your thoughts, discern whether they're helpful or not, and begin shifting to better, more self-supportive thinking for a happier and more successful life.
I suggest printing the T.H.I.N.K. form and using it over and over again until the process becomes automatic and you don't need the form anymore.
HOW TO USE THIS FORM:
When you're having a thought and want to know whether or not it's causing you distress or increasing negative thinking, apply the following questions to the thought.

Even honest thoughts can make you feel bad if they're combined with judgment, regret, blame, self-hatred, etc. Shifting to forgiveness, acceptance, and empathy will help shift a tiring thought to a helpful thought.
