Expectations of Participants
Provide teams with a minimum of 3 participants and a maximum of 5
Teams will provide a post event narrative via email due by February 9
Teams will make every effort to participate in the Saturday, January 27th event
Grant Terms
Should this grant application be accepted, please understand that the leader designated in this application must provide the TRSA with documentation that demonstrates how kits were employed in the form of a written narrative. The narrative will include a written summary of the project and the impact on the students. It should also include photographs of the students participating in the project, examples of the students’ work, etc. If awarded a grant, applicant agrees to write a thank you note to the Flight Night board and to promote Flight Night through social media by documenting use of the kits through posting #PoweredByFlightNight. A minimum of 3 social media posts required. Any publicity about or promotion of the project must include a notation that the project was supported by Flight Night.
Grant Review Committee
Grants submitted for consideration are reviewed anonymously by the TRSA staff and Flight Night directors. The committee rates each grant based on information submitted and responses provided in the grant application.
