This event includes a dinner and a live in-person event. We welcome both ATC and general members to sign up, but due to operational reasons, controllers providing service will receive priority over others if we receive too many applications.
If you plan on providing ATC during the event, please bring your own laptop. It will be extremely difficult for us to provide you a computer that night.

Fee: Deposit - HK$100 per person (paid by 2 Feb). Additionally, approximately HK$50-75 to be paid by cash at the venue on the day of the event. ** The deposit is part of the total fee ($150-175 pp) that includes the rent for the venue and food.**
Deposit payment methods: Pay the deposit by 2 Feb (Sat) by one of the following methods1. via virtual wallet applications (FPS, paypal and PayMe) to Michael Cheng (Marketing Manager) (links to be provided after submission)2. by cash directly to Michael Cheng on 2 Feb during the HKUST workshop **If unable to pay deposit by said method, please contact the management team****If no deposit payment received before 2 Feb, your application will be discarded unless special arrangement has been made**
For participants under the age of 18, Parent Consent Form must be completed and submitted before attending the event. Hardcopies can also be submitted on the day upon arrival. To submit a completed form prior to the event, please email it to Alfred Tang (firstname.lastname@example.org).
