Munira, better known as Moon in the community, is a wellness specialist and holds a RYT200, ACE-CPT & Pn1. Based in Singapore, she helps women regain confidence & trust in themselves through yoga, personal training & nutrition with the focus self-love.
She also leads HelpHer Do Better, a social enterprise that helps Foreign Domestic Workers and expat women integrate in their new countries through mental wellness & knowledge programmes for wellbeing.
