"How to Prepare for a Virtual Career Fair" Event Registration
The Texas Veterans Commission, the Women Veterans Program and Dress for Success Austin have partnered to bring you an event focused on preparing for the upcoming American Legion and the Texas Veterans Workforce Commission Career Fair. We want to make sure that you feel comfortable navigating the platform, know how to research the participating companies, and have your elevator pitch down so you feel confident to show up and get hired!
This virtual event will take place on Tuesday, February 2nd, 2021 from 9:00am- 2:00 pm via Zoom.

Do you plan on attending the webinar portion of this event on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 from 9:00am- 1:00pm?
Do you plan on participating in a mock interview on Tuesday, February, 2021 from 1:00- 2:00pm?
Participants will meet on Zoom, and be placed into breakout rooms for 5-10 minutes with a volunteer. During this time, the volunteer will simulate an interview, giving you the opportunity to answer questions and receive feedback in real time.
