Dear Club Officer: The District 36 website is the source for the most up-to-date information regarding your attendance at a TLI event. We plan to update that report no later than 10 days after each TLI event. The link to the report is at https://bit.ly/TLIresults

The official record of your TLI Attendance is on the Toastmasters website at www.toastmasters.org. The Performance Reports Dashboard lists your attendance, which can be found at http://dashboards.toastmasters.org/Club.aspx?id=36.The number of officers credited is listed in  column 9 a/b  for the summer/winter TLI seasons. Go to the row for your club to check on how many officers are listed. The District 36 TLI Team updates the information on the TI Dashboard twice a month (on the 15th and the last day of the month).

To determine if you attended a specific D36 class, we use your Zoom login and renaming history during the class, screenshots taken during the class, chat messages sent during the class, your evaluation of the class, etc.

Please note: Confirmation messages of your Zoom or EventBrite (or other registration methods), indicate only that you registered and not that you actually attended the required core officer training class. You need to attend the full core officer training class (in District 36, a 90-min session) for credit.

We prefer that you submit your own inquiry. Please complete this form so we can research your missing attendance credit.  You will need your Toastmasters Member ID to complete the form. Only one person and office per form, please.

The last date to complete this inquiry form, related to Summer TLI attendance, is on September 30, 2022. The last date to attend core officer training for the Summer TLI season is August 31, 2022.

The last date to complete this inquiry form, related to Winter TLI attendance, is on March 31,, 2023. The last date to attend core officer training for the Winter  TLI season is February 28, 2023.
