This form enrolls your child in the program.  We must receive a completed Enrollment Packet before your child is able to begin attending our program.  You can find that here:  

Programs have different starting dates beginning October 14th and ending on December 10th from 3:30 pm - 5: 30 pm  and will be held at Community Roots Farm 4510, N. River Rd., Oceanside, CA 92057.

There is a maximum of 15 students per program: Botany and Gardening, Art. and Sports and Wellness. Each class builds upon the last and participation in all ten classes is expected.   You will receive an email within 48 hours of enrollment to confirm your place in the program and additional information pertinent to your classses.
