Community Healing Gathering sign-up for potluck, volunteering, & donations

This sign-up sheet is for community members, restaurants, & businesses interested to provide dishes for our potluck; donate food or other items for care packages; volunteer at the event to set up, clean up, & more.

This event is in support of those in our community who have been impacted by the violence throughout Palestine. This is open to all religious affiliations & ethnicities while being specifically in service of Palestinian students, families, & others.

We welcome dishes of all kinds for this potluck style community meal, including desserts. We ask that anything containing pork be clearly labelled- & bonus points for those who can mark major allergens (gluten, dairy, eggs), too. Bringing a dish is completely optional & so is signing up on this sign-up sheet!

Let's show up for our neighbors & let them know Lawrence cares. This event was organized by caring members of the community including community leaders, organizers, artists, farmers, & people who love through food. Food donation instructions:

We're beginning set-up at The Sunrise Project (1501 Learnard Ave, Lawrence, KS 66044) at 4pm on Sunday, December 3rd. If dropping off food to be served at the event, please bring anytime between 4 & 5pm. The event start time is 5pm.
