Fairgrounds is a new kind of racket club that plays fair. Our courts are a mix of pickle and padel, two sports that are easy to pick up and social by nature. Currently in operation at four exclusive locations - Cloverdale Mall in Etobicoke, Assembly Park in Vaughan, Rosehill at Yonge & St. Clair, and Leaside in Midtown - we are thrilled to provide you with an array of exciting event options tailored to your special events needs. Whether you're a group of seasoned pros or just a group of friends looking for a fun night out, there's something for everyone in our lineup.

Kindly note, we require a minimum 1 months notice for event bookings.

All group bookings are minimum 2 hour bookings and include:

- Fairgrounds On-Site Staff

- Premium Fairgrounds balls and racquets

- Fairgrounds curated music playlists over our sound system

- Access to lounge area, lockers and ping pong tables

Cloverdale (Indoor) (Etobicoke) Packages

Basic Package: (recommended 10 guests) Includes access to the event, 2 Pickleball courts, and equipment. $140 + tax/hour (minimum 2 hour booking)

Standard Package: (recommended 20 guests) Includes access to the event, 4 Pickleball courts, equipment, and certified instruction or facilitation. $430 + tax/hour (minimum 2 hour booking)

Clubhouse Package: (recommended 25 guests) Includes event access, 2 Pickleball courts and 3 compact courts* in a private room, equipment, and certified instruction or facilitation. $455 + tax/hour (minimum 2 hour booking) *compact courts are a standard court size, the space around the court is restricted

Premium Package: (up to 100 guests) Includes exclusive access to all 9 Pickleball courts in our Mainspace*, equipment, and certified instruction or facilitation. $805 + tax/hour (minimum 2 hour booking) *kindly note, during a Mainspace-only book out, the Clubhouse will be open for regular bookings

Cloverdale Private Buyout Package: (up to 150 guests) Enjoy exclusive private access to our entire site including 11 Pickleball courts and 3 compact courts*, equipment, and certified instruction or facilitation. $1,270 + tax/hour (minimum 2 hour booking). *compact courts are a standard court size, the space around the court is restricted

Assembly Park (Outdoor) (Vaughan) Packages

Basic Package: (recommended 10 guests) Includes access to the event, 2 Pickleball courts, and equipment. $90+ tax/hour (minimum 2 hour booking)

Standard Package: (recommended 30 guests) Includes access to the event, 6 Pickleball courts, equipment, and certified instruction or facilitation. $415 + tax/hour (minimum 2 hour booking)

Assembly Park Private Buyout Package: (up to 150 guests) Enjoy exclusive private access to our entire site including 8 Pickleball courts and 1 Padel court, equipment, and certified instruction or facilitation. $605 + tax/hour (minimum 2 hour booking)

Rosehill (Outdoor) (Yonge & St.Clair) Packages

Kindly note, our Rosehill location is currently in the process of expanding to add 4 brand new Pickleball courts. The "Mini Pickle Package", "Pickle-Only Package" and the "Rosehill Private Buyout Package" are subject to the completion of the expansion. We are currently only booking these packages for July 2025 onward.

Mini Pickle Package: (recommended 10 guests) Includes access to the event, 2 Pickleball courts, and equipment. $170 + tax/hour (minimum 2 hour booking)

Standard Package: (recommended 15 guests) Includes access to the event, 2 Padel courts and 1 Pickleball court, equipment, and certified instruction or facilitation. $580 + tax/hour (minimum 2 hour booking)

Pickle-Only Package: (recommended 20 guests) Includes access to the event, 4 Pickleball courts, equipment, and certified instruction or facilitation. $515 + tax/hour (minimum 2 hour booking)

Rosehill Private Buyout Package: (up to 100 guests) Enjoy exclusive private access to our entire site including 2 Padel courts, 5 Pickleball courts, equipment, and certified instruction or facilitation. $1,010 + tax/hour (minimum 2 hour booking)

Leaside (Indoor/Outdoor) (Midtown) Packages

Basic Package: (recommended 10 guests) Includes access to the event, 2 Pickleball courts and equipment. $200 + tax/hour (minimum 2 hour booking).

Standard Package: (recommended 20 guests) Includes access to the event, 4 Pickleball courts, equipment, and certified instruction or facilitation. $550 + tax/hour (minimum 2 hour booking).

Premium Package: (recommended 30 guests) Includes access to the event, 4 Pickleball courts, 1 Padel court, equipment, and certified instruction or facilitation. $835 + tax/hour (minimum 2 hour booking).

Padel-Only Package (recommended 15 guests) Includes access to the event, 3 Outdoor Padel courts, equipment, and certified instruction or facilitation. $630 + tax/hour (minimum 2 hour booking).

Indoor-Only Buy Out Package: (up to 100 guests) Includes access to the event, 11 Pickleball courts, 1 Padel court, equipment, and certified instruction or facilitation. $1590 + tax/hour (minimum 2 hour booking)

Leaside Private Buyout Package: (up to 150 guests) Enjoy exclusive access to our entire site, 11 Pickleball courts, 4 Padel courts, equipment, and certified instruction or facilitation. $2130 + tax/hour (minimum 2 hour booking).

Catering: We welcome you to connect with a representative from our preferred catering partner to enhance your event with options ranging from light appetizers to casual meal selections (pizza, sandwiches, etc.). Menu and representative contact available upon request.

Bar Service: Quench your thirst with a selection of beverages, including beer, wine, and/or readymade cocktails/spritzers with a full bar service provided by our preferred catering partner*. Connect with a representative upon request.

Professional Instruction: Take your game to the next level with additional one-on-one coaching sessions or group sessions led by experienced instructors. $150 + tax/hour

Tournament Coordination: Have one of our experienced coaches plan and run a customized tournament and test your skills. From singles to doubles, we offer a variety of formats to challenge your game. $50 + tax/hour *$200 + tax/hour if your selected package does not already include certified instruction/facilitation
