The goal of Garden Grove Unified School District’s “Choose Wellness” campaign is to increase awareness of mental health and wellness and equip students, staff, and families with resources that address students motivation, socio-emotional well-being, and school climate and culture. There are many ways to get involved in the “Choose Wellness” campaign. Join our efforts today!

I want to join a Choose Wellness Campaign committee to address student motivation , socio-emotional well-being, and school culture and climate.

At the district aimed at increasing district-wide awareness about the campaign and resources developed through the campaign.

I want to join a district Taskforce

The Human Relations Taskforce (comprised of students, parents, staff, and the broader community) to help develop a district-wide action plan aimed at fostering a positive culture and climate at all schools, including recommendations for responding to school-based hate and bias.

The Safe and Welcoming Schools Taskforce to receive training from the Museum of Tolerance and to help define the critical components of safe and welcoming schools in GGUSD.

To share a personal testimonial in our “Choose Wellness” campaign materials that helps reduce the stigma of receiving mental health and wellness assistance or support.
