Please fill out this form regarding your child's transportation for the 2023-2024 the school year. Your child's safety is my number one priority! It is the policy of Harvest School that your child be dismissed, as indicated below. Expected changes to the dismissal plan should be put in writing and sent to school with your child. Should an unexpected change arise, please call the Harvest office: 734.401.4500. Our office personnel will relay the message to me.
