Three Angels for Kids Order Request
The first 200 teachers to fill out this order form will receive our spinning globes! These globes have been especially produced for Three Angels for Kids, cannot be bought anywhere else, and have very limited availability. You may use this form to put in an order for multiple teachers at your school or to place an individual teacher order.  Here is what you need to do to receive your globe:
1. Be one of the first 200 teachers to fill out this form.
2. Be a teacher currently teaching at a Seventh-day Adventist Church School in the North American Division.
3. Have the permission of your principal for your school to be invoiced by AdventSource for your order.
4. Order at least one teacher kit and enough student kits for an entire class.

Your school will be invoiced by AdventSource for the price of the materials, tax and shipping.
