Best YP Workplace of the Year Award Nomination
The Young Professionals Awards, an annual event offered by the by the La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce in partnership with area businesses, gathers area young professional employees, their employers, and area leaders together to celebrate the La Crosse Area's current and future leaders. Award winners will be recognized at the annual Young Professionals Awards networking reception and banquet on January 15, 2026.

Individuals/businesses nominated for an award must meet the following minimum criteria in addition to any eligibility detailed by award:

- Must be a member in good standing
- Must be located in the La Crosse Area: La Crosse, Onalaska, Holmen, La Crescent, West Salem, Shelby, Campbell, or other surrounding areas.

Best YP Workplace of the Year Award
The Best YP (Young Professional) Workplace of the Year Award is given to one business or nonprofit organization that has been intentional about attracting, training, and retaining Young Professionals. Often, this is accomplished through building an attractive workplace culture, changing internal operations to meet the changing needs of their talent pool, offering unique benefits, or some other innovative way.
