It's our 5th year, and WellsGarbe Productions is thrilled to bring you the Tie The Knot Wedding Show which promises to be the "must attend" premier urban wedding show of 2018 for Ottawa and area engaged couples. This year's show will be taking place at the Ottawa Conference and Event Centre on Saturday, February 17, 2018. Never satisfied with the ordinary, Tie the Knot will appeal to the hip, inspired, independent and modern couple. Tie the Knot is definitely not your average wedding show!!

The 2018 edition will feature up to 100 exhibitors who represent the elite of Ottawa and area's wedding industry representing a wide variety of wedding specific businesses. We are conscious about selecting the most talented and diverse wedding professionals that represent every aspect of a couple's wedding planning needs. Our focus continues to be on promoting and supporting small, independent local businesses as well as couples with a unique, independent spirit. We invite you to showcase your wedding related services and products at Ottawa's only urban wedding show!

Tie The Knot 2018 will showcase the very best that Ottawa has to offer with exhibitors specializing in all things wedding. We pride ourselves in a curated (not juried) selection of exhibitors with a maximum number in each category. This ensures that every facet of wedding planning is identified and that there is no over-representation in any given category. Some of the highlights planned for the 2018 show include the following:

* Large venue, multiple spaces (over 20,000 square feet)
* Complimentary indoor parking (500 + spaces)
* Experiential Showcases
* Unique and gorgeous booth displays and designs
* Expanded Food & Drink Vendor Selection and samples
* Onsite refreshments and food for purchase
* Lounge Area for those tired moms and grandmothers

THE DETAILS - 2017 prices remain locked

10 X 10 Booth - $599 + HST
10 X 20 booth - $899 + HST

All booths include:

* Table and two chairs
* Drapery for back only (8' H X 10' W)
* Social media feature & website listing
* 20 complimentary regular tickets
* Complimentary indoor parking
* Complimentary wi-fi

Extra options include:

* Electrical - $75 + HST
* Linens - Custom $
* Additional table(s) - Custom $
* Flooring - Custom $

Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be due within 15 days of confirmation. Final payments will be due no later than November 30, 2017 (or 15 days for applications received after November 16th) for applicants. We reserve the right to fill unpaid spots with waiting vendors if your payment is not received by the required deadline.
