Our org has been overwhelmed by over 1,500 requests since mid-March. We are working as fast as we can to fill requests, but we are entirely volunteer-run, and haven’t been able to keep up with the high volume of incoming requests. In order to do no harm to our community members requesting assistance, we are pausing incoming requests while we catch up on existing requests.
