During the recent Asia HPSR Co-creation Series participants identified the need to focus on how we measure changes within the HPSR ecosystem. Participants suggested looking across and beyond the Asia region for tools, inspiration, and experiences demonstrating progress/impact of capacity strengthening efforts and the outcomes of greater research engagement and uptake. For example, the Policy and Program Change Framework developed by USAID (
https://doi.org/10.1093/reseval/rvaa017) was identified as a potentially useful framework for other stakeholders.
This survey is a response to that identified need. Results from this survey will be used to populate a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Tools Catalogue. Your responses will also advance components of the shared vision of a stronger enabling health policy and systems research ecosystem that participants identified during the series, particularly Component 5 - An ecosystem that is effectively measured & assessed to understand its strength and need for further strengthening.
The catalogue will be considered a global public good, with tools posted on the series website. It may also serve as a starting point for additional dialogue, experience sharing, and collaboration efforts.
This survey should take no longer than 5 minutes. You may submit multiple tools, but please submit a separate response for each one.
