Acadian Entomology Society Annual Meeting Registration 2026
The 83rd annual meeting of the Acadian Entomological Society will be held June 18-20, 2026 in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.

Registration includes attendance at all conference events. Light snacks will be provided at the social mixer on Thursday 18 June, and refreshments will be provided during the main conference day (lunch & coffee/snack breaks).

A group dinner on Friday 19 June will be organized at a local restaurant, but food and beverage costs are not guaranteed to be included in the registration fees (fundraising is in the works!). 

Transportation to the nature walk/hike on Saturday 20 June will be via personal vehicles, and the conference organizers will facilitate carpooling.

Registration fees can be paid via our PayPal link on the AES websiteThe AES will never contact you directly to request credit card/payment info. PayPal is the preferred method of payment, however If you wish to pay via cheque or cash please contact the treasurer (Rachel.rix@dal.ca) to make arrangements.

A single payment may be used to cover multiple registrations (e.g., from one research group) by adding all registrations to the cart in PayPal before checkout. If you are paying for multiple participants, please include the names of the people covered in the comments section of your PayPal order to ensure organizers can identify which registration costs are paid.
