Spencerville Adventist Academy (SAA) has called its annual school constituency meeting on the evening of Sunday, March 30, 2025.
As the constituent church of SAA, we are responsible for selecting delegates who will represent our church and vote on the reports and matters brought before this constituency meeting. To build this delegation, we request that our church members nominate TWO fellow members of Spencerville Church to be considered by the church for representation.
Please be aware that a nomination is not a vote. The vote happens at the second reading presentation of the selected individuals before the entire church. Therefore, please do not write a name down twice or encourage others to write down one name multiple times; a person's name only needs to appear once for that individual to be nominated. Each name will then be considered based on the qualifications provided in the Seventh-day Adventist Church Manual.
Only baptized members of Spencerville Church can serve as delegates for this meeting.
Do not nominate the pastors of Spencerville Church or any teachers or faculty serving at SAA, as these individuals are already designated as "ex-officio" members of the meeting.
Finally, we have included a list of SAA board members' names at the bottom of this form. Current board members are already designated as "ex-officio" delegates for this constituency meeting and do not need to be nominated.
