Foodieodicals at the Food Book Fair: Saturday, May 13th and Sunday, May 14th, 2017
You are officially invited to participate in Foodieodicals at the Sixth Annual Food Book Fair! Taking place in New York City on Saturday, May 13th and Sunday, May 14th, 2017 at the Ace Hotel. This event is a great opportunity for you to showcase your food magazine, journal, periodical or zine, meet readers and like-minded food lovers, and network with other publications.

We will celebrate food writing, reading and eating with over 750 people throughout the course of each afternoon.


Saturday, May 13th and Sunday May 14th
12 p.m. to 4 p.m. each day


Foodieodicals will take place in Liberty Hall and the entrance lobby of the Ace Hotel at 820 W 29th St, New York, NY.


We will provide the following:

- A 4-foot table at Foodieodicals with two chairs
- Overnight storage (space for two boxes of books per table)
- The option of discounted passes for the rest of Food Book Fair (please contact us directly regarding this)
- A link to your publication on our website
- An opportunity to sell your publication for the duration of the fair and in our pop-up bookstore during the event
- Snacks and drinks


What is a foodieodical?

A foodieodical (food + periodical) is a food-focused magazine, journal, periodical, zine, booklet or otherwise short-format published work about food.

What is Foodieodicals the event?

Foodieodicals is a food magazine festival where foodieodicals from all over the world convene to share their works with the public, engage one another in productive dialogue and have fun!

Is there a registration fee to participate?

Yes. There is a fee for tabling at Foodieodicals. Vendors will receive one 4' table with two chairs for two days for $250.

Do I have to be self-published to participate?

No. Any food magazine can fill out an application. Space is limited and applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.

When do I show up and when do I leave?

Load in will likely take place from 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. on Saturday, May 13th and load out likely from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m on Sunday, May 14th. We will provide concrete information on this closer to the event.

How many people should I bring with me?

Due to space restrictions, we ask that each publication bring no more than two representatives.
